Business owners use the information to improve their business and reach out to customers who may have disappointed or learn vital information to help make the next transaction more successful. Owning your mistakes
We all make mistakes. When we get it wrong, we need to make it right. Many mistakes are small errors with a customer such as an order being incorrect or delayed, or a request being misunderstood.
