Clinics are dedicated to body sculpturing through electro-therapy stimulation and diet. During electro-therapy, electrode pads are attached to the client’s skin in patterns tailored to their specific problem areas. The electro stimulation is the equivalent of the client doing 600 sit-ups, leg lifts and push-ups. The eating plan, designed by internationally-recognised nutritionist Dr SE Sash, compliments the passive exercise regime. The slimming system was started in South Africa in 1983.
