The growing demand for quality, well-designed cabinetry and kitchens has seen Kitchen Wise Designs grow from strength to strength. Founded in 1992, the company retails top quality kitchens, wardrobes (built-in cupboards), bathroom vanities and other cabinetry products, as well as laminated flooring. In 2005 the decision was taken to start franchising and the company developed a comprehensive training programme. Initial training covers all aspects of the business model and takes place in the classroom, as well as in an existing outlet. Once the franchisee is up and running, ongoing training in areas such as financial management and sales is provided.
