With the introduction of the new Consumer Protection Act and Property Act shortly, this service will be invaluable to sellers, buyers and estate agents, as full disclosure of all defects should be disclosed by the seller, however buyers should insist on a report. An Inspect-A-Home detailed report will explain what is wrong with the house and provide peace of mind to the buyer.
