Launched in 1989, Bacini’s Pizzeria focuses on light meals, exotic coffees and ice creams, as well as traditional Italian pizzas and pastas prepared in wood-burning ovens using flavour-enhancing bluegum wood. The company has since developed a fast food concept – Baci Express – which features a similar menu. In 2007, the brand was further extended to include Café Bacini’s, which offers light meals plus homemade cakes and muffins.
